RETURNS

Old Newport offers a 30-day return policy. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt of purchase is required for return. 

To start a return, please email us at skipper@oldnewportco.com. We will provide a Return Authorization Number- please include this when shipping your return. Please send returns to: PO Box 51212, Seattle, WA, 98115, United States.

Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping you goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
